Tournus Disinfecting Spray Unit - 2 Products

The Tournus wall mounted Sterilizing Unit is a hydraulic spray unit for low pressure cleaning and sterilizing of surfaces and floors. It is designed for use with 2-6 bar water pressure connection & comes with a separate detergent can holding frame, for supporting 2 x 5 Lt containers, max. load 20 Kg. – container not supplied. The unit features 15 M length of discharge hose c/w anti-shock spray gun & trigger handle. The detergent suction hose provided (2 M length) has a weighted end filter – the lid of the detergent container can be drilled with Ø 10 mm hole to accept the detergent hose & filter. The detergent hose connects to the unit via a tip inserted between hose and check valve. The incoming 1/2? water connection is to a 1.5 M long s/steel braded hose (F 1/2?-F 3/4?) supplied. The outer casing houses a red lever handle (the water inlet valve) and a black, two position lever handle (the detergent flow). Position one is used for the washing operation (which adds detergent), position two is used for the rinsing operation (which prevents detergent flow). A bag of 14 colour-coded nozzles/valves are also provided, to allow various % detergent dilution levels between 0.5%-10.9% to be set. (Inserted between detergent hose and check valve inside unit).
