Service Call Request

The majority of Chefmaster products are supported with a back to base warranty provision.

We recommend that the trouble shooting guides are used to check the appliance prior to the warranty request, as work may become chargeable if no genuine fault is found or there is evidence of misuse. These troubleshooting guides can be found in the menu options below and the instruction manual supplied with your Chefmaster appliance.

If troubleshooting has not resolved the problem, please submit the form below and on receipt on your request, we will contact you to arrange the next steps to resolve the reported issue.

Please note: The warranty period applies in the event of a mechanical breakdown only.

Exclusions from the standard warranty conditions:

  • Unauthorised disassembly, repair, or component replacement during warranty period.
  • Unit has not been cleaned or maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
  • Unit has not been used in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
  • Damage caused by incorrect transportation or storing the unit
  • Scale related faults, boil dry protection triggered/thermal overload cutout, bulbs, slot toaster elements, blades/knife blades, carbon builds up/flaking cooking surfaces/scratches, plastic knobs/switches/dials, appliance feet, jugs, lids, seals, inserts/accessories.
  • Where an appliance is replaced, the warranty period is continuous from the original purchase date and not a new warranty period. Lockhart Catering Equipment will organise delivery of a replacement appliance, the existing appliance is to be packaged into the new appliance box and made ready for collection. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to the unit during transit due to insufficient product packaging protection. If we are prevented from collecting to old unit/or we do not receive back, the new unit will be invoiced for payment.
