CiBO+ sets a new benchmark in Ventless high speed oven. It uses triheat technology by combining TurboAir, Microwave and ContactBase to speed up the cooking process up to 12 times against standard cooking methods. The oven is Ventless so is ideal for front of house installations when a canopy cannot be installed. The oven comes with 40 pre loaded recipes and an additional cookbook to help with menu ideas. The Qpad touch screen is simple to use and program, simply touch what you want to change. The oven is ready to use straight out of the box and comes fitted with a 3 pin plug for easy set up.
